Hi, I’m Brent.

I lead product at Kajabi, where I work on Cofounder, Amplify, Backstage, Expert Agents, and Media Library. Outside of that I prototype commitment infrastructure for people trying to compound across work, training, and family.

The work and the writing reinforce each other. At Kajabi I’m building products that help creators run real businesses. On the side I’m running Grit Collective, a small experiment in cohort-based pursuits mediated by Telegram and Strava. Both efforts are downstream of the same belief: high-agency people don’t need more motivation. They need better primitives.

I write about what I find. Behavior change research, AI-augmented workflows that actually compound, product craft, and the operating systems that hold up when life gets noisy. I run a weekly newsletter. You can join below.
